Hickory Smoked Turkey

Turkey's will be ready for pickup/Shipping on November 13th

Injected with a brown sugar brine and cooked/smoked in a computer regulated smokehouse with hickory pellets for the perfect amount for hickory flavor. Once you had one of these you will never go back to a regular turkey.

Tom's will be 14-16lbs

Hen's will be 8-10lbs

Robin's cooking tip: Place in roaster pan, add 2 cups of water or turkey broth cover with foil and cook on 350 degree F for about 10 minutes per pound or until product reaches 160 degree F. Times will vary depending on oven.
