Made in house. Injected with brown sugar cure, cooked & smoked in a computer regulated smoke house to ensure every bite has a perfect combination of flavor & smoke. 

Jowl bacon is most commonly used as a flavoring in dishes but, just like traditional bacon that comes from the belly, it can be sliced and fried.
